Protospace

Calgary’s volunteer-run makerspace in northeast Calgary, with a free open house and tour every Tuesday evening.

Protospace is a not-for-profit makerspace run entirely by volunteers, with shared tools for woodworking, metalworking, electronics, 3D printing, laser cutting and more. Members get access to the space and its equipment. The public can visit at the weekly open house on Tuesdays from 7 to 9 p.m., which includes a tour and a chance to sign up for membership.
