Calgary Watch is a free, community-powered incident map and neighbourhood safety network for Calgary, Alberta, and surrounding communities. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of those organizations, and it does not replace any of them.

The public map can be browsed without an account. A person must sign in before submitting a community report. Calgary Watch is intended for local awareness; it is not an emergency reporting system.

## Is Calgary Watch an official police service?

No. Calgary Watch is not operated by the Calgary Police Service and is not a police dispatch or police-location tracker. A community-submitted report should be described as an observation reported by a user, not as a police-confirmed crime. Some map items are derived from public sources and display source attribution.

## How should Airdrie map information be interpreted?

Calgary Watch can display recent community reports and selected public-source incidents around Airdrie. It is not the official Airdrie crime map. The City of Airdrie publishes a separate map for crime reported to Airdrie RCMP. Neither source is a public feed of officer locations or dispatch calls.

For an emergency or crime in progress in Airdrie, call 911. For a police matter that is not in progress, call Airdrie RCMP non-emergency at 403-945-7267. Posting to Calgary Watch does not create a police report.

## How current is the information?
